Founded at an EU hackathon in Paris — first place, presented at the EU Parliament — and built into a live product by a founding team across Lisbon, Venice, and Paris.
What exists today
A live, multi-tenant SaaS platform: full EU PEF v3.1 scoring engine (16 impact categories), durability and repairability modelling, data-quality tracking, and a public passport page for every product.
The window
France's environmental label is live (voluntary) with third-party scoring of unlabeled brands possible from Oct 2026. The EU's ESPR applies in full from July 2026, the textile delegated act is expected in 2027, and Digital Product Passports become mandatory for apparel from 2028 at the earliest. Brands that wait will buy in a panic; the vendor already holding their data wins.
The wedge
Enterprise platforms serve large brands at enterprise prices and can't move downmarket without breaking their sales model. The tens of thousands of SME apparel brands selling into the EU need self-serve onboarding, transparent pricing, and a tool sized for a founder — that's a product-economics moat, not a feature gap.
The loop
Scoring gets us in the door, compliance pressure makes us sticky, and the long-term defensibility is the reverse logistics network: connecting brands to return, repair, and recycling routes that improve their scores. More brands, better routing, higher switching costs.
The raise
Pre-seed, to complete the compliance product and acquire our first paying customers in France. Milestone: 50 paying customers by end of Year 2 — the beachhead before the EU-wide mandate creates a crowded market. Deck, projections, and data room available on request.
Regulatory dates reflect published EU and French regulation as of June 2026. We claim DPP-readiness, not DPP compliance — the delegated act defining the final requirements has not yet been adopted, and we'd rather you hear that from us.
