Questions brands actually ask
Do I need LCA expertise?+
No. You provide product facts you already know — materials, weight, where it's made. The lifecycle methodology, datasets, and calculations are our job.
Is this DPP-compliant?+
Nobody can honestly sell “DPP compliance” yet — the EU law fixing the exact mandatory data for apparel is still being finalised. ecoloop is DPP-ready: built against the published EU standards so that when the law lands, compliance is an update, not a rebuild. Vendors claiming full compliance today are selling ahead of the law.
What about the French eco-score?+
Support for the French coût environnemental is a priority on our roadmap. France's scheme is live on a voluntary basis, and from October 2026 third parties can publish a score for your products if you haven't published your own — we'd rather you publish yours first.
Do you support footwear?+
Yes — apparel and footwear are both fully supported for PEF scoring and passports. Note that some regulations currently scope apparel first: the French scheme excludes footwear today, and the EU's footwear DPP decision is expected by end-2027.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly billing, no annual lock-in, your data exports with you.
